SALEM BIN DASMAL
PRESIDENT
Salem bin Dasmal is the Vice Chairman of Bin Dasmal Group, a family business with over 40 years of history. Previously, Salem was Director of Business Development at Majid Al Futtaim Properties and CEO of Dubailand, where he attracted projects worth over USD 15 billion. He began his career at Ernst & Young and holds degrees in Aerospace Engineering, Public Administration, and Accounting from USC. Salem is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a former club-level football player, and a national tennis champion for the UAE. Now, he enjoys golf and padel.
DEJAN KAMENJAล EVIฤ
GM & CO-FOUNDER
A seasoned and FIBA-certified professional basketball coach and executive with 20+ years of elite experience in Europe and UAE including GM, Sports Director & Assistant Coach in EuroLeague basketball teams such as FC Barcelona, Baskonia Vitoria & Girona. The amount of experience acquired over this period reflects a profound understanding of the intricacies of the sport at the highest levels. With a foundation rooted in FIBA certification, Dejan brings a comprehensive skill set and a strategic vision that continues to shape the trajectory of elite basketball programs.

Dubai Basketball aims to meet the highest standards of top European competitions in club operations, financing, match organization, and safety protocols. Additionally, it seeks to create unique opportunities for expansion within the MENA region.
