Dubai Basketball has added three reinforcements for its preseason training camp: Tajuan Agee, Nick Ongenda, and Tomislav Zubčić. The trio will help Coach Jurica Golemac and his staff as the team prepares for its debut EuroLeague and ABA League season.

With several frontcourt players currently representing their national teams –Davis Bertans, Filip Petrušev, Mfiondu Kabengele, Kenan Kamenjaš, and Mam Jaiteh– these additions will ensure a strong and competitive environment in practices. Kabengele is with Canada at the FIBA AmeriCup, while the others will feature at the EuroBasket, which tips off on August 27th.

Tajuan Agee

The 27-year-old power forward/center (206 cm) spent the last two seasons with Gravelines Dunkerque in the French Jeep Elite league. Last season he appeared in 29 games, averaging 11.2 points and 5.4 rebounds.

Nick Ongenda

At 24 years old and standing 207 cm, Ongenda is a promising center who played last season with Anwil Włocławek in Poland. He contributed 7 points and 4 rebounds per game, showing consistency on both ends of the floor.

Tomislav Zubčić

The experienced Croatian forward/center, aged 35 and 211 cm tall, has enjoyed a long career across Europe. He spent the last two years with Napoli Basket in Italy’s Serie A, averaging 10 points and 4.8 rebounds.
