I am excited and grateful for the opportunity to join the club as my first experience in EuroLeague. Iโ€™m here to compete and help my teammates as we strive to win at the highest level and make our fans proud”.

As a proven shooter with solid experience at the highest levels of the game, Matt Ryan will bolster our roster and bring a fresh dimension to our forward positions.

โ€œMatt is an elite shooter who can open the floor for us right away, and his size and range give our offense an important new dimension. He has proven he can perform in top competitions, and we are confident he will adapt quickly to our system and contribute to our success. Players like him are not easy to find on the market, which is why we are very pleased with this new addition,โ€ said General Manager Dejan Kamenjaลกeviฤ‡.

The announcement comes as Dubai Basketball continues to create history in their debut EuroLeague season. Having played in the Adriatic league (ABA League) in 2024/25 and finishing third overall โ€“ the UAE based team are now fighting for glory amongst Europeโ€™s elite in two leagues.
