The long-awaited 2025 FIBA EuroBasket is right in front of us, running from 27 August to 14 September across four host cities — Riga (Latvia), Tampere (Finland), Limassol (Cyprus), and Katowice (Poland).

The tournament brings together 24 national teams, and this year’s edition carries special significance for Dubai Basketball, as no fewer than six of the club’s stars will feature on Europe’s biggest stage.

Serbia will rely on the backcourt energy of Aleksa Avramović and the versatile presence of Filip Petrušev, while Latvia’s hopes are boosted by sharpshooter Davis Bertans. Slovenia brings proven scoring punch in Klemen Prepelič, while Mouhammadou Jaiteh adds size and physicality to France’s deep roster. Rounding out the Dubai Basketball contingent, Kenan Kamenjaš will battle in the paint for Bosnia and Herzegovina.

With six players spread across five different national teams, Dubai Basketball has ensured a strong presence at FIBA EuroBasket 2025. Their performances will not only shape their countries’ ambitions but also reflect the club’s growing influence on the world’s basketball scene.
