Dubai Basketball produced a dominant second-half performance to defeat Budućnost VOLI on the road in Podgorica, 95:78, in Round 4 of the Top 8 stage of the AdmiralBet ABA League.

Our boys opened the game in excellent fashion, storming to an early 9:0 lead and setting the tone right from the start. Dubai Basketball maintained control throughout the first quarter, finishing it with a 27:23 advantage.

However, Budućnost VOLI responded in the second period. The hosts gradually found their rhythm and managed to turn the game around before halftime, heading into the break with a narrow 46:44 lead.

Still, what followed after halftime was a true statement from Dubai Basketball.

Determined and full of energy, our boys came out of the locker room ready to take control – and they did just that. The third quarter proved to be the turning point, as Dubai Basketball dominated that stretch by 23:12 to regain the lead at 67:58.

Riding that momentum, Dubai Basketball continued to impose their rhythm in the final quarter. With 28 points scored in the fourth period, our team left no doubt about the outcome, closing the game in style and securing a convincing 95:78 win.

The team was led by Džanan Musa with 20 points, while Filip Petrušev added 19 and Mfiondu Kabengele contributed 13 points in another strong all-around performance.

With four rounds remaining in the Top 8 stage, Dubai Basketball now hold an impressive 18-2 record, continuing their strong push toward the top.
