Dubai Basketball closed Round 29 of the EuroLeague with a controlled home win over LDLC ASVEL, 96:85, extending their strong run in at home and recording their 11th win over the last 15 games.

The ten-day break for domestic cup competitions did not slow Dubai’s rhythm. From the early minutes of the second quarter, the home side established a double-digit lead and maintained clear control for most of the night.

Dubai’s advantage was built through consistency on both ends. The first half set the tone, with steady scoring inside and timely perimeter shooting opening space for ball movement. That balance carried into the third quarter, where Dubai again extended the gap and limited ASVEL’s ability to string stops together. The final period featured a predictable drop in intensity once the result was effectively decided.

Individually, Dubai received production across the rotation. Mfiondu Kabengele and Dzanan Musa were central to the early separation, while McKinley Wright IV controlled tempo and contributed across categories throughout the game. McKinley finished the game with 16 points, 7 assists, and 5 rebounds. Kabengele had 16 points, while Musa followed with 15 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists. Dwayne Bacon was the top scorer with 18 points, helping keep the offense efficient when ASVEL attempted to respond.

Following this game, Dubai Basketball has improved to a 15-14 record in the EuroLeague. Next week, the team travels to Belgrade, where they will take on Partizan Mozzart Bet in round 30 of the EuroLeague.
