Dubai Basketball head coach Aleksander Sekulić has shared his first impressions after joining the club, highlighting its rapid growth and ambition.

“I think this club has achieved in two years what most teams need a decade to build, a winning culture and a genuine presence on the European map. These are the main reasons.”

Sekulić also underlined his understanding of the team and its potential:

“I know the kind of team I’m coming into, the players they have, and the abilities they’ve shown, as well as the presence they’ve established in the EuroLeague and ABA League.”

Looking ahead, his focus is clear:

“For me, it’s about coming in, maximising their potential, and going all the way to finish the season together in the best possible way.”
