Dubai Basketball joined fellow EuroLeague clubs in Barcelona for the annual EuroLeague Business Workshops, where representatives from across the league came together to share insights from the previous season and discuss priorities for the year ahead.

Representing the club, Global Revenue Director Rayde Luis Baez took part in a panel discussion alongside executives from Valencia Basket and EA7 Emporio Armani Milan, sharing Dubai Basketball’s remarkable journey from a new franchise to ABA League champions in just two seasons.

Reflecting on the team’s rapid rise, Baez said, “Many believed building a championship-winning team in Dubai within two seasons was impossible. Today, we’ve shown what’s possible with the right vision and ambition. With a growing basketball community, strong foundations and the power of the Dubai brand, we’re not only competing with the best – we’re helping create a blueprint for the future.”

Dubai Basketball’s participation at the workshops reflects the team’s continued commitment to contributing to the growth of European basketball as it prepares for its second season in the EuroLeague.
