Dubai Basketball young talents Imran Subasic and Luka Malovic represented the club at Basketball Without Borders 2026 in Istanbul, joining 80 of the world’s top young players.

Imran made a standout impact at the prestigious NBA and FIBA development camp, finishing among the top four shooters in the competition after reaching the semifinal, where he was eliminated by just one shot. The player who defeated him went on to win the competition.

His performances earned further recognition as Imran was selected to the BWB All-Time Team, joining an elite group of just 10 players in the programme’s 25-year history. As part of the selection, he has also earned an invitation to Arizona in February for NBA All-Star Weekend.

Luka also impressed throughout the camp, competing across skills challenges, 3×3 games and team activities alongside the best players of his generation.

Their participation marks another proud moment for Dubai Basketball and reflects the club’s commitment to developing young talent and preparing the next generation to compete on the global stage.

From Dubai to the world, Imran and Luka continue to show the strength of the next generation of Dubai Basketball.
