Dubai Basketball Win Their 14th Straight ABA League Game

Dubai Basketball maintained full control of their ABA League campaign with a home win over FMP, taking the Round 16 game at the Coca-Cola Arena by a score of 98–82. The result pushed Dubai to 14–0 in the standings and kept them at the top end of the table.

Dubai set the tone early, edging a competitive first quarter before separating themselves in the second. Defensive pressure increased, ball movement improved, and the hosts limited FMP to 13 points in the period. That stretch proved decisive, as Dubai entered halftime with a 51–39 advantage.

FMP responded after the break and briefly reduced the margin to single digits, but Dubai never lost structure or rhythm. Each attempt at a comeback was answered with efficient offense, and the final quarter was managed without drama as the lead was rebuilt and protected until the final buzzer.

Džanan Musa delivered his most effective outing since returning from injury. In just over 21 minutes, he scored 21 points on highly efficient shooting, providing pace and scoring balance to Dubai’s offense. Aleksa Avramović contributed across multiple areas with 13 points, six assists, and three rebounds, while also controlling tempo during key phases of the game.

Frontcourt production was another factor in Dubai’s consistency. Mfiondu Kabengele added 16 points, and Kenan Kamenjaš finished with 13 points and seven rebounds. Dubai spread scoring responsibility and avoided prolonged scoring droughts throughout the contest.

FMP was led by Filip Barna with 21 points and six rebounds, while additional scoring came from Scott, Stefanović, Stanojević, and Gašić. Despite balanced individual efforts, the visitors were unable to match Dubai’s efficiency.

Shooting accuracy from three-point range separated the two teams. Dubai converted 12 of 23 attempts from deep, while FMP struggled at 4 of 21. Combined with control of key moments in the second and fourth quarters, that efficiency ensured another composed and convincing home victory for Dubai Basketball.
