History has been written! Dubai Basketball have advanced to the 2026 ABA League Finals after defeating Budućnost VOLI in decisive Game 3 of the semi-finals series – 103:77. With this triumph, our team won the series by 2-1 and secured the club’s first ever appearance in the ABA League Finals.

The importance of the match did not shake our team. Quite the contrary, the boys stepped onto the court in Zenica fully focused, highly motivated and determined to finish the job. From the opening minutes, Dubai Basketball controlled the game and increased the lead minute by minute all the way until the final buzzer.

Dubai Basketball had a strong start and created a solid advantage already in the opening quarter. Our team led 25:18 after the first 10 minutes, while the offensive rhythm became even stronger in the second period. With excellent ball movement, strong defense and high energy on both ends of the floor, Dubai Basketball entered halftime with a comfortable double-digit lead – 54:39.

Our boys did not slow down after the break. The third quarter once again belonged to Dubai Basketball, as the team continued to dominate the floor and won the period by 24:19 to increase the margin to 20 points ahead of the final quarter. Budućnost VOLI simply had no answer for the outstanding rhythm of our squad tonight.

In the final period, Dubai Basketball put the finishing touch on a magnificent performance. The lead continued to grow beyond the 30-point mark as our team closed out the game in dominant fashion and celebrated one of the biggest wins in club history.

Džanan Musa led the team in scoring with 20 points, while Dubai Basketball once again showed the power of collective basketball as six different players reached double digits in scoring. Alongside Musa, double-digit scorers were Mfiondu Kabengele (13), Bruno Caboclo (13), Dwayne Bacon (12), Kenan Kamenjaš (12) and Justin Anderson (10).

Dubai Basketball will now face Partizan in the 2026 ABA League Finals. The championship series will be played in best-of-five format.
